I asked for king room with coffee, a balcony, as example, had a fairly nice stay.
Can’t think of anything.

The queen room was cosy and newly decorated. Extras like a flat screen TV, a mini-bar, and a safe box were appreciated. Great location near 2 blocks away from the beach was a plus. Had some takeaway meals at Flalfel Gavriel, set a walking distance from the hotel, I couldn't resist.

nothing special, questionable cleanliness, lack of hospitality
The mattress and curtains had mould!!! A locked entrance without access code is ridiculous!!! The missing smoke alarm is alarming!!! The absence of toilet paper and blocked sinks.

The room was brand-new & reasonably large together with very "limited " windows, new bathroom plus coffee. Location: the hotel was close to always open also during Sabat and the stores...

Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Reception technically isn't 24 hours, which might not be convenient for some people.

The central location made exploring the area easy. Just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. My room had nice updates, and I appreciated the mini-bar and the kettle for making tea. The tv was a nice touch for winding down at night. The Wi-Fi connection was quite spotty, frustrating when trying to plan my day. Housekeeping didn't come every day, so I had to ask for clean towels. The small size of the room was manageable, but the lack of adequate storage options was a bit inconvenient. It had some good amenities but could definitely improve on cleanliness and Wi-Fi reliability.

Very friendly stuff; was waiting for me at 02:00 am to help me have everything arranged. Location is central, next to the beach and the old town.
Very small window at the room.

Clean brand new rooms with flat panel TV with satellite and free WiFi. Excellent location, just blocks from the beach, and off of popular bus route 4. Extremely kind staff that went out of their way to attend and help any of my needs while in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend to any friend!!
